Terms of Service
Last updated 2026-09-13
These terms govern your use of WebScoreAI. They are written to be read, not to be impenetrable — if anything here is unclear, email us and we will explain it.
1. Who we are
WebScoreAI is a website audit service operated as a sole proprietorship by Swalih Zamnoon, based in India. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean WebScoreAI; "you" means the person or organisation using the service.
Contact us at josekmani60@gmail.com about anything on this page.
2. What the service does
You give us a website address. We fetch a small number of its publicly available pages, analyse them, and return a score out of 100 with a prioritised list of issues and recommendations.
We only read pages that are already public, in the same way a search engine does. We do not install anything on your site, modify it, or require access to it.
3. What the service does not do
This matters, so we will be direct about it. An automated audit is a structured second opinion, not a guarantee of any outcome.
- We do not guarantee any search ranking, traffic level, conversion rate or revenue.
- We do not guarantee that your content will appear in ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Overviews or any other AI product. Our AI Search Readiness category measures whether your pages are structured for machines to read and quote; it does not predict placement, and nobody outside those companies can.
- Findings labelled as automated estimates are derived from page markup and are indicative. They are not a substitute for human review.
- Performance measurements come from Google PageSpeed Insights. When that service is unavailable or cannot analyse your page, we say so rather than presenting a figure we did not measure.
- Acting on our recommendations is your decision, and the consequences of those changes are yours.
4. Your account
You need an account to save audits and to subscribe. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account.
Give us an email address you actually control. We use it to verify your account, to let you reset your password, and to contact you about billing.
5. Acceptable use
You may audit websites you own, and websites you have a legitimate reason to analyse, such as a competitor or a client site. Everything we read is already public.
- Do not use the service to attack, overload or probe systems you are not authorised to test.
- Do not attempt to make our servers request private or internal addresses. We block this, and attempting it may end your account.
- Do not automate the service beyond normal use, resell it, or circumvent usage limits.
- Do not use the service for anything unlawful.
6. Free and paid plans
The Free plan allows one audit per day and shows your overall score, all six category scores and your top issues. Pro costs ₹499 per month and adds unlimited audits within fair use, every issue in full, AI-generated fixes, PDF reports and audit history.
"Unlimited within fair use" means there is no daily cap for normal work. We may contact you if automated or abusive volume degrades the service for others, and we would reach out before taking any action.
We may change prices. If we do, we will tell you before it affects a renewal, and you can cancel rather than accept the new price.
7. Billing
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your full card details.
Pro renews monthly until cancelled. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Pro access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Refunds are covered by our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Your data
Your audits and reports belong to you. Our privacy policy explains what we collect and why.
You can delete your account by emailing us, and we will remove your data as described in the privacy policy.
9. Availability
We try to keep the service running and accurate, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Some audits depend on third-party services, and some websites block automated requests. When part of an audit cannot be completed, we tell you which part and why, and score only what we could actually measure.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost traffic or lost business, arising from your use of the service or from acting on its recommendations.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Ending the agreement
You can stop using the service at any time and cancel a subscription from your billing page.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, particularly the acceptable use section. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why first.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you before it takes effect.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes will be subject to the courts of Kerala, India.
